Absolutely the best hearing provider ever. Have been wearing hearing aids for a few years, thought what I had from another provider was what hearing aids were about, they never fit great and sounds sometimes were unnatural. When I became unhappy with the lack of service from my previous provider I looked around and found Laurie at Hamilton hearing and wished I had from the start. Laurie took the time to check my ears, due a comprehensive test and also explained everything involved with hearing and the hearing aids. She fitted me with new hearing aids that were not only comfortable but so natural hearing I forget I have them on. The price was extremely reasonable and only a little more than good over the counter ones which you have to fit yourself. Don't waste time somewhere else, just call Hamilton hearing, you will not be disappointed.

Both Laurie and Robert Bishton are competent and caring. Always go the extra mile to ensure clients are completely satisfied and all issues have been resolved. Appointments are easy to schedule and not weeks of waiting before being seen.

Hamilton hearing is a number one place to go for hearing problems. The folks there bend over backwards to help you in your hearing situations. I highly recommend you go there instead of wasting your time with other companies and people.

Laurie and Robert, take all the time you need and are very helpful. They try to give you the best hearing you can possibly have. They allow you to try hearing aids, before you buy them, to see how they work for you. We highly recommend.

I was referred to Hamilton Hearing after I had rather a negative experience with another audiologist in the area and was very pleased that HH was nothing like the previous office. Laurie and Robert have been very accommodating so I now have great hearing aids at a great price. When I lost one of them HH worked fast to get me a replacement so I'm completely satisfied with them. I look forward always to working with them to ensure my best hearing.

Owners take all the time you need. They do testing, explain in detail how our hearing works, and after having tried their Opticon brand for a week, totally impressed. Blows away, by far, other maker my wife has. Very personable folks to do business with. If you have hearing issues, they are a must visit! Thank you for helping us improve our quality of life!

You may call it a true accident or destiny, but I met Mr. Bishton a number of years ago by accident. I never thought that someday I would need his services. Recently, I decided to bite the bullet and do something great for my health. My hearing has been declining over the years, and has now become a problem. I cannot over emphasize how great their services are. A true pair of professionals who go the long distance in satisfying a customer. I can now hear like wonderfully and my wife is lot happier!!! Give them a chance, you won't be dissatisfied.

Having worn hearing aids since 2017, I decided to obtain a new pair offered through Medicare at a reduced price. The new ones presented some challenges, and needed to be altered several times. The service has been wonderful, and I am usually seen the same day that I call. They have gone the extra mile to solve the issues, and I would highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the service and compassion I got at Hamilton Hearing. I did not realize that my hearing was as bad as it was. The hearing tests were performed and the hearing aids were ordered. Within one week they arrived at the hearing center. I have been back two times for adjustments and have gotten calls to see how I was going with the new hearing aids. I would definately say I got the best care there. I would recommend if you have a hearing problem to get an appointment. Thank you for helping me hear again!!!!

As a professional rodeo barrel racer, I found that in my early 40’s I was beginning to not be able to hear my name called at the rodeos when it was my turn. Like so some many do, I put it off because of the stigma of getting old. My hearing loss was changing my personality and I began to withdraw socially. I reach out to Robert Bishton at Hamilton Hearing. He understood how sensitive I was about my hearing and has been helping me enjoy a better quality of life ever since. Baby Boomers of America! Don't Wait!
I am an active person in the baby boomer generation, and was sure I could not need hearing aids at such a "young" age. But, as I began missing more and more of the fun and conversations, I knew it was time to see Laurie at Hamilton Hearing. The thorough testing that she did, and the advice on what would best suit my needs, now has me joining in the fun again and enjoying all the things I was beginning to miss out on. Hearing aids are practically invisible, and have me back in the groove again.
Follow-up and questions are professionally answered, and service right here in Hamilton is the best! Don't wait boomers. The time is now!

Dear Laurie,
As you know, initially Ken had trouble with the placement of the R hearing aid but with your dedication and caring he has overcome that and is getting along fine. He finds he can hear things he hasn't heard in years and finds it especially helpful when he goes to the "mall" for coffee with his group of 6 to 8 friends.
They are so comfortable that at times he forgets he has them in and goes to bed and then realizes he hasn't taken them out or goes to take a shower and finds at the last minute he's forgotten to remove them but so far hasn't actually worn them into the shower. All in all he's very satisfied and feels the investment has been worthwhile in the benefit to the improved quality of his life.

Just a short note to thank you for my recent hearing evaluation and to express my appreciation for the thorough manner in which
you conducted my testing. Although my hearing loss experience has not been great, I wanted to determine the extent of the loss. I anticipated the possibility of having to purchase some type of hearing aid. Your upfront explanation of the varying degrees of hearing loss as well as the construction of the ear and it’s connection to the brain was most helpful and easy to understand.
Your conclusion that you would not recommend a hearing aid at this time was gratefully received. As a self-employed businessman, your candor and honesty is refreshing. I highly recommend you for your professionalism and integrity. Thank you.

Dear Robert,
On March 12 I came in to have you check my hearing. At your suggestion, I ordered a set of aids. I am very happy with your recommendation. I have to tell you they have totally changed my life. I had not realized I was shutting myself off from people and life simply because it was easier than trying to connect. Now, I have a whole new life! I can hear when visiting with people that I could not understand and was trying to read their lips. It was so tiring. I am so grateful.

I sincerely want to thank Laurie and Robert Bishton of Hamilton Hearing LLC for the wonderful service they have provided for me. At a time that my hearing ability was so limited, they restored not only my sense of hearing, but my faith in hearing aid providers.
Because of my hereditary, and now profound hearing loss, I have worn many different makes and models of hearing aids for over 50 years, and been seen by several different audiologists and professional providers. But, you know, these hearing aids are as good as, or better than any I've ever had.
At my first, very quickly scheduled, appointment, Laurie welcomed me warmly, and after a complete hearing assessment, gave me information and options available. She made it very clear that she would only provide me with a new set of hearing aids if they would be of benefit to me; and not just to sell me a product, or a higher priced product than I needed at this point in my life. Working with both Laurie and her husband, Robert, I was greatly surprised by the quality of the Siemens "Nitro" model hearing aids. They are just what I need to cope with day-to-day living.
After my complete hearing examination in their Norwich location, Laurie had my new hearing aids ordered at my initial appointment. A week later, I met with her husband and Laurie to be fitted. They gave me valuable, detailed, helpful advice as part of the orientation to my new hearing aids. I left the office feeling in touch with the world after many years.
